Given Instructions To Perform Tasks

Post by sarubini » Tue Jun 21, 2016 1:44 pm

As an Early Childhood Education and Care assistant you will often be given instructions by your supervisor. Describe what you would do if:

a)You were asked to perform a task you didn’t know how to do.

I will get an idea about the task to be performed from my supervisor and i
ll discuss how to do that with the children.then I will perform the task.

b)you felt you needed training in a particular area

If I need a training in a particular area I will get permission from my supervisor to
practice that area few more days until iam well versed or well trained in that area.
c) How did this contribute to team effectiveness?

am i correct? plz help me with(c).
