Add images to home corner of different types of families, from different cultures.
Adding dolls of different ethnicity in home corner
Adding different foods from different countries in kitchen play
Adding different types of costumes from different countries in dress ups
Using different types of musical instruments during music play
Listening, dancing singing different types of songs from around the world

Hope this gives you some ideas!
