I am not sure if I read this table correctly as I have found a bit different answer to my somewhere.

My answer is:
1- pertussis (whooping cough)
2- Chickenpox (Varicella
3- Diphtheria
4- Measles
5- Typhoid, Paratyphoid
The other answer I founded is:
Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Polio, Tuberculosis, Typhoid and Paratyphoid.
Please can someone confirm which answer is correct?

I would just choose the 5 most basic from the website link you provided that say the child must be excluded. That's the easiest way and it looks like you have done that.

No worries...I would have gone with the ones kids get the most such as chicken pox, conjunctivitis, gastroenteritis, hand, foot & mouth disease, and Impetigo (school sores). But thats only because i have the experience of working with kids and im familiar with those illnesses.
