Evaluating Children's Learning Reactions To Implemented Music Experiences

Post by Natalie-Jo » Mon Aug 31, 2015 7:59 pm

Help please!
Question- identify some criteria that could be used to evaluate children's learning reactions to implemented music and movement experiences for a group of two to four year olds.

Are they asking about gathering information about how child react to relaxation music, dance music and how they move eg minimal movement to relaxation and big movements to dance music.

I actually think that you can use both how a child react to music and how they move... the questions ask about the children's reactions so if you cover both of these it will give a whole perspective of a child's leaning reaction...

Hope this helps,

This may also help you select criteria:

How Children Achieve Outcomes

For example - Learning Outcome 3.2.7:

- combine gross and fine motor movement and balance to achieve increasingly complex patterns of activity including dance, creative movement and drama.
