Hey There,
I'm new to this website but was just after some help with one of the questions from this booklet.
I've tried looking for help everywhere but cant seem to find anything..

Question: How can you lead your team in a way which encourages them to recognise the importance of environmental responsibility and develop sustainable work practices?

Identify and describe one cultural context and one social context that you might need to consider when managing workplace relationships?
I thought I found the answer but wasn't even any where near the question..
