Discussing Babysitting Jobs Inside Of The Service

hey I'm new on here so I don't know how this works but I'm going to give it a go.
I'm currently studying my diploma and I just need help with one question I cant seem to find the answer to..

Q4: Is discussing babysitting jobs inside of the service potential or actual unethical conduct?
Q5: Suggest two appropriate actions that you would take in this situation.

any help, pointers or sites to help me answer this would be fantastic.

I would probably say unethical... It may cross boundaries with educator and parent relationships...

- One action could be have a "babysitting policy"
