Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
Your service has just been notified that you will be involved in an assessment process under the National Quality Framework. You have recently taken over as director and have inherited a resource of documented staff meetings and policy reviews.

What do you need to achieve from this assessment process?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Not sure if on the right track,
but so far I have said making sure that all staff have a clear understanding of the process and ensuring that all regulations are being followed.

I think as the documents are about staff meetings and policies, you would be looking to update old policies and perhaps be looking to resolve any staff concerns/complaints.
