Q1 what r and how do u monitor intrests,knoeladge and abilities that u bring to ur role as an early childhood educator?
Q2 knowledge and abilities that u would like to devlop which would contribute to your role as an early childhood educator?

Q3what is a method or practice you use to promote cooperation and respect for diffrent roles and responsibilites ?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Q1 as a childhood educator we need to have the right temperament.Patience, creativity,sensitivity,communication skill and ability to connect with children are some of the most important abilities .
Q2 may bi it same like first one.


Plz some one help me to explain it.

Q1: Through self evaluation, through every day practices, through discussions with other educators...
Q2: Is based on yourself...
Q3: Having a rotating roster so all educators get a chance in different tasks within the centre...
