Difference Between Leadership and Management

Consider the difference between leadership and management. Identify at least 3 differing management/ leadership roles that exist within an early childhood education and care service. Within your response you will need to describe each role, in addition you will need to include two examples of accountabilities relevant to each identified management/ leadership role
