Determining Standards and It's Implementations

Dear Sir/Madam,
I did one of my assignment however the teacher told me to re-do them again. Therefore I need a help from you. Thankyou in Advance.

Research the above documents. Outline the following:
a. Who in your state determines the standards and who is responsible for its implementations?
b. Outline the relationships of each of the above documents on best practice.
c. Document what you think your responsibilities are on implementing each one.

While attending an approved service, children must have access to safe drinking water at all times, and have food and drinks available throughout the day.

9 Children's services law
(1) For the purposes of the definition of children's services law in section 5 of the Education and Care Services National Law (Victoria), the Children's Services Act 1996 and the regulations made under that Act are declared to be a children's services law for this jurisdiction for the purposes of the Education and Care Services National Law
(Victoria).

QA 5 relationships with children
Interactions with each child are warm, responsive and build trusting relationships.

5 Respectful relationships and responsive engagement

1. In Relation to children,
10. Work to ensure that children are not discriminated against on the basis of gender, age, economic status, family structure, lifestyle, ethnicity, religion, language, ability, culture, or national origin.

Article 30
Children have the right to learn and use the language and customs of their families, whether or not these are shared by the majority of the people in the country where they live, as long as this does not harm others.

c. Our service provides food and drinks, the food and drinks are nutritious and adequate in quantity. An accurate weekly menu is displayed at the approved service’s premises. Policies and procedures about nutrition, food and beverages, and dietary requirements are also be in place for the service.

In according of children services law we all have a police check from National Police Check and a working with children check or card.

As we are an educators our job is focusing on a great relationships with children. We are active and given a full of attention to the children needs. We are friendly and building a trust relationship to every single child.

We encourage children to listen to others and to respect diverse perspectives.

We respect their view, understand, provide safe of environments for the children and acknowledge to take their learning and development forward.

We are not tolerate any form of discrimination. We believe all children have the right to live in an environment free from discrimination.

We encourage children to use languages to describe and explain their ideas.

OK for the first question you're located in Sydney right so you're right about ACECQA.

For the second question you need to research each of the documents mentioned and explain why as educators we use it. For example:

NQS - The National Quality Standard sets a national benchmark for the quality of education and care services. It also gives services and families a better understanding of a quality service. This enables families to make informed decisions about the services providing education and care to their child. The National Quality Standard is a key aspect of the National Quality Framework. It brings together the seven key quality areas that are important to outcomes for children.

For the last question you need to explain why it's important for you to implement each of the documents mentioned.

I know it may be confusing but you will be able to do it. Just do one document at a time to formulate a response to the question...
