list strategies management might implement to ensure educators are able to contribute to the development of diversity strategies?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have looked up different websites to find some strategy ideas but haven't found any I have some idea such as observing children and watching how they react towards biased remarks and if they discriminate also how to get children involved but I have no idea how to get educators to contribute to this. please help
