Contemporary Issues Of Concerns

hi guys,
I just need some support on these questions:

• past and present power relations and its impact, and other contemporary issues of concern
• how to create an environment that is culturally safe and welcoming for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
• how to relate and provide services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
• Aboriginal self-determination and how to build respectful partnerships
• ways that the staff team can participate in developing and implementing strategies for sharing power and facilitating participation, self-determination and self-control by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
• possibilities for forming a mentoring arrangement with an appropriate person from the Indigenous community to better understand how to embed Indigenous cultural competence into daily practice and the service’s operations.
if someone could help me with these questions it would be great
