What are some possible contemporary impacts of other cultures on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and the possible impacts of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures on other cultures?

I was thinking land and white settlement, traditions.

In what ways do you think past and present power relations have impacted on the workplace and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities?
For this one i have no idea there is nothing about this in my resource booklet and can not find much about it on the internet.

Explain why it is critical for non-Aboriginal staff to be aware of how they engage and support all cultures, but particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
For this i was thinking about their beliefs and values and traditions that we need to understand as we don't want to offend them or make them feel like they are not equal to us.
