Concerns About Child's Health To Convey With Family

Hello
I really need some help on this question i have submitted it and have got it sent back HLTWHS003-CHCECE002-016 - Assessment 1.2
Describe some questions or concerns about a child’s health needs that you may need to convey to their family
I answered with "sleeping behaviour temperature etc but it wasnt the right answers
would you please be able to guide me in the right direction

If you noticed any symptoms that the child has displayed
If the child has a specific allergy and has been exposed
If the child had been immunised due to an outbreak at the centre etc.
