needing a hand on a question if anyone could please help me. Below is the question

LIST AT LEAST TEN COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES THAT MIGHT BE EMPLOYED TO SUPPORT A CULTURALLY SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR DELIVERY OF HEALTH SERVICES.

Here are few I have done as I need a bit more!
 Honesty
 Comprehend and participate in culturally appropriate communication
 Respectful of values and customs
 Body language
