Cluster 3 - Fostering Play

Post by Caity1993 » Mon Dec 22, 2014 3:53 pm

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCECE025 Embed sustainable practices in service operations
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
My question is : Using the "experiencing instead of teaching" approach to the children's environment list three natural materials and three recycled materials that you could add to the indoor or outdoor environments and describe how the addition of these will support the child's understanding and respect for the natural environment.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have a rough idea on what natural materials and recycled materials I could use to add to an environment its just getting my head around explaining how they can support children's understanding and respect for the environments. I'm probably thinking too much into this just need a bit of a nudge in the right direction for the explaining of them.

Any help is greatly appreciated
