Explain cultural safety , its importance to relationship between serice providers and Indigenous people and how it can be integrated into your own work and workplace

Ans cultural safety is when person get an environment where he / she feel dafe about its identity ,culture , beliefs and values . importance to build Respectful trust based relationship with local people .
