Write a paragraph to explain which food is the healthier choice.

OK so you need to read the nutritional information of both options and pick which one is healthier... There is only Nutri Grain what is the other option and based on your opinion which is healthier do you think?

Ans: Rice cakes 150g is the healthy choice. Because it shows less sugar and less salt. This chart shows high fibre and young children need lots of fibre for their development.
