Child information webs

Hi all,

I stuck with this child information webs, how we can find template about this one??

A child info web is similar to a mind map:

Mind Map

So if you are doing an individual one for a child, you'd write the childs name in the middle then around it add the needs, interests, skills of the child and how you will extend on it...
