CHCPRP003 - Legal Parameters Of Diploma Educator

Hello.

I am just struggling with this one question so far for the one question in this subject and was wondering if you were able to help me out.

What are four legal parameters that relate to a diploma level educators role.

I have tried googling it but it i cannot seem to find the answer i am looking for which is annoying.

So, the question is asking what are four legal "boundaries" for diploma educators.

For example:

- must implement an approved framework
- must meet and implement national regulations and law
- maintain workplace health and safety within the environment
- must provide an educational program for all children

What current competencies do you believe you should develop and how do you plan to develop these competence
