I am about to start this assignment and have a vague understanding of what I need to do.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
However I need some guidance with employing staff, correct wages and ECT requirements. Although discussed in class, I still cannot get my head around the figures.
So far for my draft is the basics - I have described the rooms and hours of operations. I have created my Philosopnhy and maps and flowchart.
But now I am stuck.
