OK part
A/ read the scenario below and address the requirements of the task that follows
imagine that you are a manager who is required to undertake counselling in relation to the performance of a staff member who is regularly late for work and has recently exceeded their sick leave entitlement without providing supporting medication evidence.

you suspect that the staff member under your management is no longer interesting in their role and is looking for another job.the staff member has worked with you for over two years and been an effective worker so you keen to find a way to retain her.however,she needs to be disciplined for her lateness and unexplained absences from work as this has had a negative impact on the work team.
B)
in addition to the performance management process undertaken in part (A)above,imagine you now have to provide constructive feedback to the staff member with the aim being to address their dissatisfaction with their work role and persuade them to remain as an employee.
in a document appropriate to your organisation for recording feedback record the feedback you could provide to the staff member which would:
1) recognise their performance and achievements
2)encourage them to take responsibility for their own decisions and actions
ensure you attach any documents used to your assessment :sweating:

i got a question about net working
it says outline an example of any of when you have established and maintained a network with an external organisation,group or agency in order to provide a befit to your team.as part of undertaking this task answer the following questions
1 identify with whom you networked with (can i writ about my work place network that helps us all with ongoing training,policy up dates and job opportunities etc... ?
2 explain why you established the network
3 outline how you established and maintained communication with the network
4 outline the benefits that the network provided to your team

any ideas for this questions

select an item of information technology that you use in your work place as part of undertaking this task answer the following questions:
1 explain how you use it effectively (i.e how you use it to achieve a work outcome or purpose and why using it is the most effective way to achieve that out come or purpose):
2 outline two aspects of the way you in which use the technology identified above that meet the relevant work health and safety guidelines associated with it

Does you centre use computers to do programming? Ipads, cameras, tape recorders, video camera etc.
