For this task you should assume the role of room leader , Another less experienced practitioner comes to you and asks for you assistance to gather information about a number of children in her "focus" group .Suggest the strategies that could be used to gain insight into each child's social development .

A) Gia (4 yrs) has return home after living in china with her parents for last 3 years .Where she was cared for by a Chinese nanny who spoke a mixture of Mandarin and English .Gia is very quirt and shy and has never had experience of group care. She has been at the centre for three weeks but so far has communicated mosstly bu facial expressions and gestures.

B)Hafa (18 months)finds it difficult to interact with her peers .She tends to hit , pull hair , snatch or push .Haffa uses sounds and guestures to communicate and is able to follow simple direction .

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
A) group time
find some story about chian people . some festival ,New yearday moon day .Asking to her explain why that day are special .what her doing in new year day .
then after we can celebrate a chines new year day in our child care center .I can learn some chines words when her unsettle i can use that words ,also i can find some chines misuc her in care i can playing that cd then she can listen
I can talk about her social development child care workers and her parents .

B)I can asking to Hafa's parents what words hafa s knows then i can learn that words.
what activities hafa's favorite
hafa's favorite songs or story I can learn with her parents .
I able to chat with her parents what's hafa's favourite songs.

(how do i hafa's behaviour gather to address her hitting snatching pushing )(what would be behaviour and social issues )
