1. Could this be through newsletters, emails, articles, brochures, information sheets, posters, notice boards etc.

2. Maybe every few months...

3. Director, educators...

4. Guide to the NQS

5. The centre could have their email listed on a variety of government agencies (e.g. ACECQA) that gives regular updates on new information available etc.
