CHCECE024 - Obtaining Feedback About The Program

Would you be able to help with the following?

a) Describe the process/procedures used by the service to obtain feedback about the program from staff and parents.

b) What are the specific aspects of the program where feedback is (or could be) sought?

c) How is specific feedback (praise, suggestions, and complaints) acted upon?

Obtaining feedback could include:

- surveys
- questionnaires
- short questions etc.
