CHCECE023- Planning A Schedule For Focus Children

Post by Stephyhelen » Mon Jun 22, 2015 2:18 pm

Hi,
For one of my assignments, I have to develop a schedule to show you would gather evidence on a group of 8 focus children against the EYLF. I am really confused. If someone could help me, I would really appreciate it

Thanks
:)

So, a schedule, like a time table of when you would observe the 8 children... Easiest way to do this is to probably use a calender and then split the 8 children within 2 weeks for you to observe, then add the outcomes. For e.g.

WEEK 1:
Mon - Child 1
Tue - Child 2
Wed - Child 3
Thurs - Child 4

WEEK 2:
Tue - Child 5
Wed - Child 6
Thurs - Child 7
Fri - Child 8

Then for each child you could add "Outcomes Observed" and "Future Goals" from the EYLF.

This is just an idea that you could use, you could also set it out in a table format or in a dairy...

Hope this helps,
