CHCECE023 - Confidentiality Practices

Hi i am currently studying my Diploma. I would like help with a Question that I am Stuck on.

Question is.
Identify 2 Confidentially practices you would need to consider to ensure that information was shared appropriately.

1. Having a Password protected computer where all details are kept.
2.?

Also think about how you were store records, enrolment forms etc. on the premises...
