hi, I'm struggling to find answer for theses 2 questions.

1. what are the specific aspects of the program where feedback could be sought?

2. how should specific feedback (praise, suggestions, and complaints) be acted upon ?

1.Ok so the question is asking from your program where can you gain feedback? Think about the activities you implement, the overall routine, transitions etc.

2. Once you receive the feedback what are you going to do?
