CHCECE019 - ORGANISATION SELF-ASSESSMENT

Hi I have this question below that I need to supply an organisation self-assessment. I am a little unsure of what this is I have even asked the staff at my centre but they to are unsure. We have completed a QIP. Is there a particular form or checklist that is ment to be filled in.

This example must show evidence of the many ways in which information is recorded against the NQF standards and elements as you detailed in question 8 above.
