HI IM STUCK ON THIS QUESTION PLEASE HELP ASAP
Develop a document to record any illnesses that occur in the service. After you develop this complete the following

ans: i document a high temperature and record on the RECORD OF ILLNESS BOOK in the service.

what are the benefits of tracking the illnesses in the service and how will you use this information?
who should you share this information with and under what circumstances?
Ans: I should share this information with the other staff member in the centre and my director, parent no matter circumstance the illness is
