please help me

A. Collect and record care all care information for at least 3 different children. You must include consent from the 3 families. Please refer to Topic 1.6 in your Learner Guide to guide you.
Hint – please use the permission form provided within your WP documents.
B. Prepare and use attendance lists for the 3 children attending the service. Remember to include emergency contact details, record the permission forms and timesheets for the 3 children.
Why and how would you update the Family Day Care Coordination unit of the changes? Ensure that you list at least 3 ways.

Have you checked the learner guide as it is stated in your question? What are you having trouble with?
