HI I AM diploma student and stuck on this question please help
AVA 14 MONTHS has been attending child acre for 8 months she was sttled well and attending only 3 days but now attening ful time bcz both parents are working and now she has not settled to change .she screams and continue to cry .so mum and dad and educator is upset ?
question explain why it is important for educator to support Ava's parents during this time ?
please help me to answer this?

So the question is: Explain why it is important for the Educator to support the parents.
Why I think it is important for the Educator to support the parents is because they are going through a change, and while the child needs to adjust to the new change so do the parents and seeing their child so upset and unsettled will make them feel worried, distraught and guilty for having to leave their child at the service more often then before. So if we can provide support for the parents by giving them advice, reassurance and evidence from throughput the day to show them that their child is safe and happy.
