CHCECE004 - Services Not Complying With Regulations

Post by trishahall14 » Sat Jan 28, 2017 1:06 am

Hi,

I am currently working on CHCECE004 assessment 1.

The question is

What can happen to a service if they do not comply with The Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations or fail to meet the NQS?

Would the answer be the centre would be investigated and have a warning and if it continues to fail to meet the NQS or not comply with the regulations it will be shut down?

Yes, the service will be giving the warning to meet requirements (however this will depend on the nature of the issue), the centre may also be fined and shut down as you mentioned...
