CHCECE003 - Balance Of Natural, Artificial Lighting and Ventalation

Post by tootsie » Mon Aug 31, 2015 2:19 pm

Hi all, I am a new user and was hoping for some help with this question -
7. Explain how you would provide a balance of natural and artificial lighting, good ventilation and fresh air in your service
Is the answer to this as simple as stating something along the lines of "ensuring there is enough windows in the room to make sure there is adequate natural light coming in the room"?

:wtf:

Yes, you're on the right track!

- keep windows open during the day (weather permitting)
- keep curtains and blinds open
- set up book area, art and craft in an area that provides natural light
- provide ample lighting in areas without natural lighting

Hope this helps,

:geek:,
