CHCDIV002- Promote Aboriginal and/or Torres Strit Islander cultural safety

I'm stuck on two questions and every website I've been to haven't helped me work out how to answer.

1. Identify two (2) communication issues that affect Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. List a strategy for each issue and explore how it would serve to facilitate effective communication and would support delivery of service.

2. List three (3) factors that might contribute to cultural misunderstanding when working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.

Some help would be amazing! Please.
