Hello bit stumped on how I'm interpreting this Question in the Promote Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait islander culture safety this Assignment is Done through Ectarc

This is identify three strategies that promote communication and partnerships between staff, an educator and care service and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait islander people within the wider Community

One strategy is to build a sincere relationship based on trust and respect

Clear simple language

Prolonged eye contact should be avoided as this could be intrusive or offensive to some

Am I on the right track and also the other question is

How might these strategies assist in increased participation of families within the service
