Hi there, I am having trouble answering some gap questions I was given. I have no reading material and am finding it hard to find answers on the internet.
The questions are:
1. What reflective practices have you used to develop an understanding of your own limitations in self and social awareness and the strategies you can use to develop these?
2. Explain the features of diversity in Australia and how does this impact the following areas of work and life:
- Political
- Social
- Economic
- Cultural
3. Explain the legal and ethical considerations (international, national, state/territory, local) for working with diversity and how these impact individual workers and the consequences of breaches?
4. Outline the rights and responsibilities of workers, employers and clients, including appropriate actions and mechanisms to address any rights and infringements and non-performance of responsibilities.
5. Identify the potential need of marginalised groups including;
- protective factors
- physical, mental and emotional health issues/care needs
- consideration of the impacts of discrimination, trauma, exclusion and negative attitudes.
