CHCCS400C - Scenario: Dealing With An Angry Parent

Post by simone is the best » Tue Jul 28, 2015 12:39 pm

Hi can any one help I am very lost on how to answer the question thanxs

9. Use the following scenario to answer the next two questions. Scenario: Scenario 2 An angry parent has approached you when dropping their child off this morning. They complained that they are extremely unhappy that we are letting their child fall asleep at rest time for long periods of time which is then stopping the child from sleeping through the night and going to bed at an appropriate time. The parent is extremely unhappy because they have already raised this as an issues on several occasions and believe that nothing has been actioned regarding this matter.

Explain the policy and procedure that you will now follow to manage this complaint.

10.What techniques would you use to calm the angry parent down, so that other children and families are not stressed by this situation?
