Reflect on the procedures that you have used for an example in Question 1.
Identify an adjustment that could be made to the procedure that would provide additional clarification. Who could you seek clarification from about the procedure prior to finalising the suggested adjustment? Give one reason why they are an appropriate source of information about this procedure.
Outline your services procedure for communicating this adjustment to management. Could this communication procedure be improved? Explain why or why not.
In what ways does this procedure incorporate sustainability practices?

Previous attempt: Hi Carly great work for your assessment 2 CHCCS400c I found your answers were very detailed which were great. I am just wanting you to extend a little more question 2

re: you could seek clarification from the director and all staff members as they have to follow the same procedures?

- A service procedure for communicating this adjustment could be emailing, it could be improved by talking face to face ?

Please help I don't want to resubmit on a resubmit :)

* Display policy on health and hygiene and toileting procedures, in the
bathroom/toileting area, to remind staff members and visitors about the procedures required to ensure hygiene is maintained whilst helping children goto the toilet
* You could seek clarification from the director and all staff members as they have to follow the same procedures

I'm thinking

* You could seek clarification from the director and all staff members as they have to follow the same procedures AND HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE CURRENT PROCEDURE ,THEY CAN ALSO HELP FOWARD THE CHANGE IN THE PROCEDURE TO PARENTS,CHILDREN,OTHER STAFF AND ALL VISITORS TO THE CENTRE.??

And I'm not sure on how to extend

OK, so your focusing on displaying a policy on health/hygiene in the toileting area. You could also add visual posters for children as well and signs in the staff bathroom and visual signs above the toilet and basin area. These signs will be easy for children and parents to understand...

For communicating this adjustment you can email, write a report of the reason of the change, have a meeting with management and show them the posters, policies that you wish to display in the bathroom for children and staff...
