Your Question?
How does your policy/ procedure in your workplace fully cover all requirements as outlined in your states regulations and the high quality indicators of the QIAS for your service type?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have gone on google to find our state regulation but canny seem to find it anywhere I know that all policies must cover all areas for staffing parents and management but I cannot find the information to help me explain it and the right information for me to use to answer this question correctly
