Phase ONE of the action plans states that I have to plan and investigate - I've got some planning strategies but I'm just wondering if they're okay and am after a little help on what else I could add?
- conduct a staff meeting to discuss the basis of the App; what it is, what it does, the vision of the app (what the hopes are for how the app will work and the outcome we're hoping for it to have)
- identify existing child care apps
- set-up costs, operational and ongoing cost; will the app be free?
- how will the service be managed?
- facilities required; equipment to build the app, insurance, staffing (who will be in charge of the app, a co-in charge?)
That's all I've got so far. Am I on the right track and could you please offer any more points I should add; if any at all.
