Behavioural Journal On Another Educator

Hi
I have to do a behavioural journal of another educator
Looking for how they addressed the behaviour what strategies were used and what manner did the educator deal with the situation leg showed empathy,seemed stressed, I am stuck on what the other children will benefit? I have thought of
- To feel safe and secure in their environment I'm not sure what else
And how educator can collaborate with other staff in an ethical manner about the behaviour.

Have you done the journal yet?

In regards to how children will benefit it depends on what strategies the educator uses when dealing with the behaviour, this may help:
