ATSI Community Resource Folder

I have to put together a ATSI community Resource Folder that includes the filling topics:

Community profile
Family composition
Family employment
Education level of families
Language and communication
Holidays and celebration
Food and diet
Child rearing practices

I found a community resource page with all this information but it's all full of figures and statistics.
I'm confused as to what exactly I am mean to write and how to write it up?

For the write up, I think you just include each topic as a heading and find information for each topic.

This may help:

Working and Walking Together (you will need to download the file, it has good information which you could use).
