Assistant & Lead Educator Talking To Families

when would it be appropriate for an an assistant and lead educator to communicate with families about the child's needs?

can you please help me for this question I dont know what difference between assistant and lead educator for their duties?i searched in Google but i didn't find any thing.

Assistant

- about the child's day
- what experiences they did
- how long they slept
- how much they ate

Lead Educator

- incident/accident reports
- concerns or issues
- behaviour problems
- developmental concerns
- progress
