reflective practice

recently, our centre starts to do the reflection on own practice weekly. just feel lots of paper work to do if plus this, is there anyone do this at your work? do you have any advice to help me to make simplicial? how can we reduce these all the paperwork and at the same time can fit the requirements.

None of us have the answer for the simplification of paperwork.
