Im studying diploma and have to comlete my placement booklet this week because my course ending in two weeks.
So for the part of imrovement plans i have to write QIP identifying 2 issues for every quality area. My trainer said we can copy from the centre's one so I did. But still i have to write 5 more. for Qa1,Qa2, Qa3,Qa4 and qa6. So I comlpeted my placement hours but there I wasn't do such things like that. All I did interact with children and wrote observasions.
Now im struggling finding the issues that needs improvements. If any one can give me clue what can be the issue I'll work on it.
Please i really need help.
I'm studing diploma but I finished my cert 3, 6 years ago. So its double hard for me to do that.
