A&R self assessments

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any good self-assessement templates (A&R type) that you have used in a OSHC setting to see how you are performing prior to A&R. Just want to see where we are at and what areas we need to work on

Any information would be amazing!

I have been planning to design a self-assessment for awhile....

Maybe this is the perfect time to do it!

For example each quality area and each element...
