Interview question

Post by Jane Zhu » Tue Aug 08, 2017 3:31 pm

I have 2 interview question:
1, How do you encourage and develop relationships with the children and their families?
2, Describe a time when this had an impact on a child's development.
Answer size should be 10000 characters or less.

Hello,

I am adding some points in respect of your question number 1, and from there you can build the necessary answer.
Q1. How do you encourage and develop relationships with the children and their families?

Ans: Allow for Unstructured, Uninterrupted Time With Your Child Each Day.
Let the child know you're interested in activities with him/her
Encourage children to express their feelings in age-appropriate ways.
Respect your child's feelings.
Play games that explore feelings
Making eye contact,
Always having something courteous to say,
And saying something positive about the child's experience at the program.
Acknowledge the family's interest in keeping their child in afterschool and show that you understand how busy life can get.

For the number 2 question, I am adding some link. Hope this will help you
