Transition from casual to level three

I have my level 3 and studying diploma in childcare, I have been working as a casual for the last 6 months hoping to gain employment as a level 3.
How long should I wait to be offered a level three position while working
as a casual?

If there are no permanent/part-time positions available at the centre, unfortunately, you won't be offered one. I would recommend that you have a chat with the Director and let them know that you are interested in a more permanent position if there is anything available.
