I am working as an educator casual , i have a disabled child in my service who very much listens and
understands things if i help. My centre director asked me to do some certifications for caring diabled child .
she encouraged that if i do so i can be permanent and my pay rate would increase because of special certifications.
I am based in SA , tried to contact GOWRIE but i couldnt any confirm answer .
I have enrolled for free webinar through star that you shared as news.
I am not sure what certifictions can help please guide
